If you’re planning a wedding in Tucson, but you don’t know where to start then check out a few of my favorite local vendors all featured in this boho, styled wedding.
Brittany and Max had a one-of-a-kind boho inspired wedding in Tucson, Arizona. They chose the stunning Historic Bates Mansion for their venue, which is one of my favorites. Mostly because David and Allie, the owners, are just amazing welcoming people! But also because they provide so much more then just a space to host your event in. They also provide an in house DJ and MC, bartender(s), day of coordinators, food service, as well as set up and break down. Not only that the venue has a beautiful courtyard and getting a chance to take photos downtown is a huge bonus in my eyes.
Brittany got her hair and make up done by I Do Hair and Makeup Artistry. They have 15+ years of experience and specialize in wedding hair and makeup. I love their work and trust that they will always do an amazing job.
One highlight of their wedding was the presence of a beer burro named Bonita from Walking Farms. A beer burro is a friendly donkey that carries chilled beers on its back. It’s become very trendy and creative way to serve drinks at an outdoor wedding like this, especially here in Arizona. It definitely added a memorable touch to the day and all the guests were 100% in love with Bonita as soon as she arrived, myself included.
This wedding also featured Millie, A classic VW photo-booth bus by Cruisin Photo Bus. This vendor is actually located in Phoenix, but they still made their way down to Tucson. Millie became a huge hit toward the end of the night as guests crammed inside for their own personal take away photos as well as filled the couples guest book.
As for all the decorations and the little touches like the disco balls, table settings, florals, rugs and everything that really brought in that boho look was all from a local family owned business called Frenchy’s Rentals! They have beautiful rentals as well as offer style and design services so really if you have an idea they can make it happen. They also offer military discounts.
Throughout the day, it was clear that Brittany and Max wanted a unique wedding, full of surprises that allowed everyone to have a memorable experience. Thanks to Confetti Event Planning all these vendors, the scheduling and planning was taken care of and gave them the wedding they fully envisioned. Not only that but they got to fully enjoy their day knowing someone was handling everything and making sure it all ran smoothly.
Finally, all the photos featured here are by C Payne Photography aka me. I have been shooting weddings for about 3+ years now and my goal is to give couples every opportunity to fully immerse themselves in their wedding while I prioritize capturing those raw moments that happen naturally. This is why I loved this wedding and couple SO much.
I hope this blog helped you find a new vendor for your own wedding. Also these are just a few of my favorite vendors here in Tucson, so please look around. If you are having any trouble or need more recommendations, please reach out. I’m happy to help when ever I can.
